It’s time for Shaq-a-bibi with Ranveer Singh and Shaq!

Ranveer Singh, the NBA (National Basketball Association) brand ambassador for India, was in Abu Dhabi on Thursday with his best friend and celebrity photographer Rohan Shrestha. Ranveer Singh, who made his Bollywood debut with Anushka Sharma in Band Baaja Baaraat, has taken to social media to share a video with NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal from Abu Dhabhi as they shook a leg to the actor’s famous song Khalibali from his 2018 film Padmaavat.

Ranveer posted it to his Instagram account with the caption: “Big Man versus Bad Man! The collaboration you didn’t realize you needed! Shaq is performing Khalibali! Yes. You read that correctly! @shaq, Shaq-a-bibi!” The collaboration astounded fans as well as Ranveer’s industry contacts. “The Shaq attack,” Varun Dhawan said. “He’s hugeeeee,” Dino Morea added. “Hooopin’ it!!” exclaimed Chitrangda Singh. Similarly, Vishal Dadlani wrote: “MASSIVE! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Literally!” Mini Mathur, Aahana Kumar, Badshah, and other celebrities also reacted to the video. Previously, the actor shared a video of himself and NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo shaking a leg to Ranveer Singh’s Tattad Tattad from Ramleela.

Ranveer Singh’s work front

On the work front, the Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor is working on several projects, including Rohit Shetty’s next directorial film Cirkus, which stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, and Varun Sharma. It will be released in theatres worldwide on December 23, 2022. Cirkus is inspired by the 1982 Hindi film Angoor.

Aside from that, he has Karan Johar’s romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which he co-stars with Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. The film will be released in theatres on February 10, 2023. The Gunday actor will also appear in Shankar’s next film, which is an official remake of the 2005 Tamil blockbuster Anniyan, starring Vikram and Sadha.
